Astrum team is truly outstanding - We always have each others back. What I appreciate most is that management is hyper flexible and reasonable in their demand and expectation. The work is miles ahead of industry curve in terms of vision, strategy and execution. I love the opportunity to meaning fully engage with the CXOs and build true partnerships. This place is for any ambitious professional.

Dislikes

Not everyone can measure up to the company's exact requirements and may rather quit than work on it. Salary is competitive while profit participation is open across level which means you get payout as annual basis.
