Astrum team is truly outstanding - We always have each others back. What I appreciate most is that management is hyper flexible and reasonable in their demand and expectation. The work is miles ahead of industry curve in terms of vision, strategy and execution. I love the opportunity to meaning fully engage with the CXOs and build true partnerships. ...sure up to the company's exact requirements and may rather quit than work on it. Salary is competitive while profit participation is open across level which means you get payout as annual basis.

It's a start-up and yet with such a great platform to explore and inculcate as well as develop new skillsets.

Nothing specific to dislike about the place except for some employee benefits, but that's just because it's a start-up and the policies are not completely defined yet.
