Good and interesting work every year. Different roles. Good Compensation and every year good hike and good variable pay (more that 150 to 250% ). Very good benefits interns of shift allowance, free food and AC cabs.

Compensation. THere is no value for your academics and experience.It is purely negotiation when you join. I suggest revise compensation every year based on the experience and market standards, so that employs will stay forever.
