Zero work life balance for L2 support. SLA is 36hrs even for a low priority ticket and the clock stops for literally nothing between ticket creation and closure and they will ask u to slog to achieve it for each ticket. They never hear ur concerns. If you are into support please choose wisely if u have other offers in hand. Dont goby the name they had in past 3 or 4 years. No WFH ZERO Work-life balance Single digit hikes after u outperform others but politics will be there Company does not care if u leave. They either pick new ones who are not aware of the current company policies or they easily outsource to service companies Weekend support. Holiday support, 24x7 support, rotational shifts u name it whatever. They have everything in place
