There is no work culture. There is no work life balance, company don't trust on his employee, ready to deduct salary and expances in each and every step of your working without any company loss only in the name of policy, nobody even higher management also not ready to support, company is full of politics, each old workingbstaff work to pull your leg to down. HR working is just like a government Bank means when you try to connect to HR 99% they didn't respond and in remain 1% they route his work to another HR person and told you to connect with other HR person, you feel so helpless .

...he smallest of the decisions is taken by the top management which are promoters. Lack of delegation, empowerment and authority which is further aggravated by a huge disparity between pay grades.

IT Issues, Unrealistic Target Pressure, TSM are just like Sandwich. Less Salary Growth, Good Incentives slab but its Equal for everyone things should be Equity not Equal . (High contribution Sales area is not able to earn a single penny of incentive after struggling a-lot , but low contribution area sales people are earning incentives in Lakhs it demotivates employees) . ...helpful & supportive And management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
