...business forward. Worst part is the Product and R&D team are completely useless. HR takes variable pay (don't know why). Also, HR doesn't choose talent from IIT, NIT, IIIT, etc. to do the job. Somehow they are running the show.

The people I was working with was really good. The company did have a good culture in the initial year if my service. 5 days work week is a blessing.

Dislikes

Hike and appraisals are thin to nil. Compensation is way below market value for the job roles. Poor management of funds.

Good for freshers looking for a good start. You can expect great exposure. There is a lot to learn, you'll have some great skills when you come out in the market.
