They create a great hipe about their own institute. But in reality the conditions are worst. No specific rules available in the company. Rules and regulations during working keep changing day by day

...ditional work occurs and your profile keep on changing after you join the job. The salary is kept along with the company as pay back amount, which is not refunded even after you leave the company. The PF amount is never refunded and TAX deductions are critical For joining so many rules but for leaving the company they will squeeze you asking for so many docs related no dues. Refund of your money is delayed and simply null

They don't hv the paying capacity. Qualified their interview process and salary negotiation was also done. When they had to release the joining letter, started asking to give the demo again. When the demo was already clear, what was the point of asking for a re-demo. I denied for the same, then, they released the same vacancy again with drastically reduced compensation for the same post. Still now they haven't got anyone to join. Their HR lady also doesn't have manners how to talk to Sr. Teachers. Leaving rubbish messages on the whatsapp. There is no commitment of what they say at a particular interaction. they abscond after doing some commitment.

...frustrate you so much that you're forced to leave with a traumatic experience. Compensation - laughable. These guys pay 350 rupees for jee one on tuitions. 350 per hour. I was earning 1500 to 2000 and had to work for 500 after some negotiation. And they pay 700 for taking full batches. Judge for yourself if this is not toxic. And on the top of this, they even make accounting mistakes. My 25k was due and was paid after talkimg to their customer service and rectifying. They don't even speak properly, they have a telcom company like cuatomer service for their employees. Very bad. Don't join. There many options in ncr available.

...es properly, that's it... Literally no office politics, no boss appeasement etc. Payment as per industry standards, and absolutely no harrasment/bullying/overtime without pay/torture by higher ups... Really helpful people here and comfortable work culture and policies... No discrimination, only asked to deliver the teaching services (nothing else apart from that like content development/tests/copy checking etc). Honestly an amazing workplace!

Sometimes concerns can take longer to get resolved, especially technical ones... Sometimes they also stay unresolved.
