Have to travel 100km+ daily, got rejected by some customer, and some little pressure by superior and they gave a distribution subscription to some dealers, if they have their own warehouse in every district this would helpful to sell the product why I am telling this the distributor are the competitor to other shops so they won't buy

Team leaders don't know how to make a work with employees ,they don't know minimum basic about filed work .how can we make sales & how can we get leads minimum knowledge don't know .how can the Asian paints management required the persons minimum also not their team leaders about field work .on roll job are happy & permanent but off roll was so worest

...aints one of the corporate company, and Asian paint big name in paints sector. 1) product quantity, brand name, Package, advertising, price, promotion, distribution this point important to take decision of this points.

In the Asian paints working style is so more different but compared to other company.and working hours to more in day and higher management got a more mental torcher this points i aboserd by work experience.

Work culture, no appraisal,after doing hard work no one recognise only promotion and rating given to those who were close to high management ,any time transfer to any location without knowing problems

Actually Asian paints is already have brand name , it's easy to convince the people, customer,etc ,& Manager will very supportive and encouraging in tough times , motivating to work .I'm happy to working here.
