Work pressure is very high, some times i have to worj 14-16 hours. There is too much politics in the company especially in faridabad depot. If you are working like an innocent, you are doing nothing. If you thing company value you, you need to showoff every single things.

...rk for only money and you will retire without any growth and career development. Many in the company are working since ages and they just making salary withot adequate work. HR Policy and HR is very bad and working is 9-6 is on paper and you will be made to work till Midnight with lots of Travelling. Only Managers are Enjoying in company.

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
