It's a good environment especially for ladies They pay you well, salary is always on time

Unprofessional, they treat the executives like low class people. There is no work life balance. Saturdays are half working day but they make you work for full day

Culture in the Asian Paints is good, sometimes travelling is also there which is very much filled with fun, environment is good, balance in work life, employees and colleagues are good, hence the working in Asian Paints is good.

As there is average incentives and compensation but the career growth in Asian Paints is very slow or to say nill. Also very low salary increment.

A lot. I think the biggest issue with the company is that there is no leadership in the company. The people who are designated as leaders are at best really poor managers and have got no guts to stand up for the right. The company talks about diversity, equity and inclusion but there is no value or respect for independent thoughts or voice. Most things happen based on massaging the ego of hierarchy. This has resulted in a "yes man" culture and a very strong boss culture. The company and hierarchy is only interested in increasing the numbers and targets with no regard to employees or their issues. Company is increasingly using the "sticks" approach and getting work done at any cost, no matter what happens to the employee. Terrible work culture, no respect for people hired laterally. Experienced professionals from market are put under just college finished graduates of tier 1 institutes who doesn't have depth in practical work exposure .
