Team leaders don't know how to make a work with employees ,they don't know minimum basic about filed work .how can we make sales & how can we get leads minimum knowledge don't know .how can the Asian paints management required the persons minimum also not their team leaders about field work .on roll job are happy & permanent but off roll was so worest

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

One of the worst working culture in India. Area Manager has no clue what is happening in market. No market visit by him. Only working till 12am every other day in name of closing. Abusive use of words to TSE. Will make you work on Sundays as well.
