Not Satisfied with my current job role. Seeking Advice for a career switch to finance.
Hello, I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good. Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further. *FMVA *Python *Excel *Sql *PowerBI I need help here. Please mention, if any other courses need to be done. #Finance, #career switch

Dislikes

Only teammates. Otherwise completely bad work culture..growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hr straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an Individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no on job training for freshers.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor
