Hello, I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor
