On role employees playing politics and company also accept their words only , off role employees will get more problems from on role employees.

Even though like this situation ( covid 19 ) More companies are reduce the salary as well as employees also but asian paints announced the increment & job security gave as salary for helping employees, as well as helping dealers & painter's also

Some of employees got job in Asian paints within one year due to they work as EC or ECA in big stores like AP homes or master storkes some like that some are working as same position in small stores for 3 to 4 yrs but they didn't got opportunity to enter Asian paints so pls gave them also a chance it's my humble request sir

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

First of all company never value there employees. We work 16hours per day till 12PM everyday. Daily target and manager forced for dump material to achieve target anyhow. And manager also blackmail to the candidates. No one happy with this company even dealer also disappointed with company.
