Learning and training opportunities are there. Salary structure is also descent, you will get salary on time. Leave management is descent and blended office mode etc. make it a good organization to work with.

Dislikes

Lack of equality in rules and regulations. Personal attacks are also being made like 'I am a difficult person to work with', 'Snobbish', 'Moody' etc. There are so many confusions and lack of clear cut communication from the immediate seniors that lead to delay in work, and you will be blamed for those deeds that you have not done it. Opinions and suggestions hardly matter, just for formality they ask. Egoistic, unempathetic, demotivating, divide and rule behaviour.

As a lady you should have 0 family life & most importantly 0 self respect to work with some below average jumped up egoistic ladies ( mostly divorced or seperated ) with 0 professionalism & skills. Basically a baniya company with a foreign name. YES if you're willing to spend some quality time with the founder then only that performance will take you places

Everything except the on time salary which hardly matters since you yield only 5-6% of what you actually produce for the company. The work pressure & overpowering politics is nastiest in the market, when you start performing, you're a red signal for all your good for nothing seniors & they torture you to the maximum limit for making you leave the job since they don't have anything better to do in life

Feeling very very bad and disheartened that there are more than a person(2Males) specially in the office who are respected TL but by attitude they are not deserve to get respects at all they use to think always that they are everything for ACT without them ACT is nothing.One of them doesn't even know how to talk with an elder or with a senior staff.Whenever a team gets success,behind the story there are crucial & indispensable part of indirect media marketing like crafting banners,Videos for social medias if a team is unable to make video contents in the form of promotional, marketing videos and asking to a staff who doesn't belong to that department is not wrong or any mistakes because all of us are connected together but after receiving the videos it is a minimum culture,courtesy and politeness for that person to deliver Feedbacks,quality of the work to that person in the form of text,verbal comments what so ever as good/bad that person who made the contents by being paid his full labour throughout the day and night this is known as ungrateful attitude.If positive feedback comes then there could be tremendous scopes to improve the work performance.Showing the muscle power of position and designation will not always become a solution.Insulting infront of other staffs will not be the solution.This person always says "Doing mistakes more than once is a crime" where it has been writen in criminal law or does this crime belong to domestic violence really want to know
