As a lady you should have 0 family life & most importantly 0 self respect to work with some below average jumped up egoistic ladies ( mostly divorced or seperated ) with 0 professionalism & skills. Basically a baniya company with a foreign name. YES if you're willing to spend some quality time with the founder then only that performance will take you places

Everything except the on time salary which hardly matters since you yield only 5-6% of what you actually produce for the company. The work pressure & overpowering politics is nastiest in the market, when you start performing, you're a red signal for all your good for nothing seniors & they torture you to the maximum limit for making you leave the job since they don't have anything better to do in life

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) is a multiple award winning teacher education institute with an aim to prepare global educators equipped with latest pedagogical competencies. No dress code so everyday is a costume party, no desk etiquette so you can make your cubicle look like a souvenir shop or even better a scrapyard, no sales training so one can meet with targets if you have a desperate voice, can make a niche course look like an all-rounder, lie to the potential candidates and give the trainers a miserable time. The cherry on the cake is the incompetent higher ups who are made higher ups because the business system is too stingy to understand the importance of an educated management. The company thrives on lack of organizational skills and illegitimate liaisons in and out of the management. It is the epitome of a new money mindset who had hit the jackpot some years ago and now can only think about moolahs because professionalism has always rested in peace; this can go to any extent from management making cliques with employees and making them "spies" only for the spy to spice things up and make another employees' life uncomfortable. Or even having retreats and outings only for those cliques because apparently work is rewarded but your sucking up to the boss attitude matters. People almost the age of your mother would get your words twisted and put you into trouble even if they are working in the same department, talk about being spineless and incompetent; quite fascinating! Scamming and hasty decision making are the biggest takeaways. It's a homegrown business so anyone with a thrifty mindset can work there.

Employees who are oldies like with kids who go to college or even marriable age, they have lost their spine somewhere and have devoted their lives to hold spiritual books in one hand and go hold the hand of the higher ups with another hand only to indulge in grapevine and gossip. In fact such people are given genuine liberty and adoration to feel encouraged to be that way. Indian serial makers would get a lot of inspirations to create the low life characters from them.
