It's a very good company in regards to learning, your work life balance, company culture, no office politics, management is very supportive and no pressure when it comes to office timing if you have work you can stay back and complete it otherwise you can leave after 5 anytime.. they have 8 hrs working policy . friendly environment... and off course so of exposure.

Dislikes

Only thing which is not good about this company is salary packages. there benchmarking is way below the market standard their appraisal is way below market standard . they have a very flat hierarchy into a system so promotion comes once in a decade.. if you are somebody who want to have a easy life and don't have lot of ambitions this company is best for your retirement. also, please don't expect lucrative benefits and perks from the company your salary is everything.

Work culture and environment of the Company is good and very tranaporant. Positive attitude of the team members.

Salary is very decent as compare with others, need some future plan like PF which is missing here.

Super Stockist against Scheme claim settlement Budgeting scheme , Pricing , working with SAP is good experience.

I have work 8.30 hours.Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure low.

Above 60 year Expat must be retired. Not allow to company roles if required they can work only technical advisor

Breach of contract terms- Unjustified penalty culture- not mentioned in contract. Biased bosses during my period there. Very poor performance appraisal system. No respect for your technical skills. One will be scapegoated based on bias of Manager.
