Culture. Uneducated higher management who are ruining the total corporate strata of the company. Home grown talents are one of the most cunning and deceptive thing which a company can bear, byjus did that blunder and started getting vanished.

Everything !! Like imagine a company and your expectations from that company in terms of work life balance, work culture, job stability, growth, skill development, promotions, appraisal Its terrible if you are planning to join sales team or for a fact any other domain at the end it would become toxic

office politics was much higher, people promotes there undeserving candidates on the basis of how much bond they have with employee. work culture issue and office timing.

... work culture. Discrimination and particiality is the core of senior herarchy. Sallery deduction and unwanted LOP is the way of cost cutting.morever won't get incentive for 8,10months and will change your parameters to disqualify you from getting incentives. Better to join other company of Ed-tech, it's fact you won't get higher sallery (but not reality) in other company,but surely you'll be paid for your hard work and dedication and will have transparency for your future endeavours.
