No Salary on time even holding salaries for no reasons , management have non responsive nature if someone need to have job I think this is the last company he need to choose.

Despite being in the Clean Room industry for more than 25 years, it has not improved in terms of Management & its policies, comprising the same core team since the inception who seldom accept to the changing scenario. Neither there has been a career growth to me for the last few years nor do my colleagues & subordinates. Training, staff welfare & their well being activities are unknown in this company. To sum up, it is best suited for people who are short of work experience or in dire need of jobs, else it is best ignored.
