... etc, they exploit lower level employees.They are not worker /employee friendly. Strict timings, no leaves, deduct salary on flimsy grounds.No appraisals, No respect for senior employees! Simple advice.. better not to join or associate with Ashoka Buildcon. Look for some other options.. Thanks!

Extreme bureaucracy in the system. Middle management think site managers are at their mercy and they can do what they like. Severe employee exploitation. No HR policy in place. If a concern is raised to HR they keep silence till they are in crosshairs.

Politics is everywhere, but here it is at its most extreme. The upper class doesn't listen to anything. Everyone is stealing like crazy and sinking the company. The company should definitely look into this.

...an learn a lot about construction and civil engineering in general on site. 2. On time salary. 3. Food Accomodation provided by the company.

1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays. 2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.
