-> Work from home. -> Transparency in work. -> Overall, the culture is good in the company.

-> Ascendion planning to start a hybrid work mode for all employees. -> There are not many benefits apart from on-time salary and WFH. It is disappointing that I joined Ascendion only for Work-from-home flexibility rejecting all other higher-pay offers. Now they are calling for hybrid work.

Never received full salary not even 80% of it, when asked they suggest to raise a query and they finish it by basing you will receive in the next month with salary. But you will never get it. Tired and fed up asking HR and no prompt response is given when reached out to them. Everyone is so arrogant and rude. They will never help you grow but keeps in pressure to get things done. Worst decision in life in joining this company.

Remote flexibility if you are decent performer.

Dislikes

Salary, Incentives, Appraisal are very very poorly structured. Promotion is laughable. If you’re into recruitment, there are much better organisations. The parent firm Collabera had a great culture. Here, there’s no diversity, everyone from Delivery is from a certain state. Regular show of how great the company is the culture is, internally it’s all shallow.

Ascendion promised permanent work from home in the offer letter and it forces employees to work from office saying there is always terms and condition in offer letter that it can change

Micromanagement, Throw under the bus policy by few Managers and Lead, including Mentor, Toxic environment especially in Redmond region.
