My overall experience working with Arvind was average. Job security was poor. They have good company policies. Management not upto the mark.

There's no growth opportunities in the company.The employees working on the floor are not given respect and always there is salary deductions every year.The worst part till date was I have not been told by the management the reason for me to resign.The HR personals did not take an exit interview and dint have a one on one discussion.

The local management of the Eastern Region is extremely unprofessional and non-cooperative in terms of staff handling. They don't even listen to the problems faced by the staffs in Assistant grade. No incentives are provided even if the targets are achieved.

The best company . Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given to new joinees
