My overall experience working with Arvind was average. Job security was poor. They have good company policies. Management not upto the mark.

Dislikes

There's no growth opportunities in the company.The employees working on the floor are not given respect and always there is salary deductions every year.The worst part till date was I have not been told by the management the reason for me to resign.The HR personals did not take an exit interview and dint have a one on one discussion.

Very volatile environment nowadays wrt job security. They want to change things overnight which is good but should be done in a phased manner. Organizations are made up of people, and people are not good over here! Growth prospects are very less. Weak commercial and HR department.

The top management has a very open approach in terms of accessibility and i like the fact that right from the CEO / Director of the division, they make it a point to interact with every member of the team to get first hand account of issues. The company should be more aggressive on marketing and brand building. Also there is a lot of scope on improving the merchandise offering.This company has some of the best brands in the market and has the scale, expertise to command leadership in the market place.
