...ent, company policies etcetera looks good at first sight from their outer layer. They supported by providing a month's salary for the first month of the lockdown due to this world-wide pandemic situation, but it was also instructed by the govt.

In this world-wide pandemic situation, they are laying off to their employee when the company needs to stand with them and support them, after asking so many times they are not providing work from home and giving the reason at the time of laying off that you were not working from home. Instead, they can ask for the furlough to their employee than to lay off. As per policy salaries should not be disclosed on the floor but don't know- how the whole team knows this about each other from the management. Managers who are in the remote location they rely on 1 person from the team who is close to them, they make an opinion for new joiners as per their feedback and never try to understand about individuals. The disciplinary rule that one team should not talk or communicate to any of the other team members from the floor still not able to understand. Although company has an open door policy but still you can not knock directly to HR or any other management person. Overall this company is really professional and the top performer in the market and these internal issues are common nowadays in any corporate.

On time salary, but everything depends upon on which client we are working through Artech. Artech is just staffing company I hope. So based on clients input, everything goes into smooth process.

Dislikes

Actually women should be aware before joining. For some client, projects gets over in Artech, if client ends with contract. Eg: if women goes for long month holidays.

Almost Nothing to like about except the working hours at the client side.

Dislikes

Everything starting from salary, policies & hr support. It's a funny compan where anything can happen anytime. There is no clarity and only confusion & uncertainty.

Top-tier clients, tremendous amount of learning, good salary and employee benefits.

Dislikes

Work Pressure, depending on the client, you may have to do overtime as well without any extra pay or Compensatory leaves.
