Working culture is not good at all. Managers are not good. We have to do extra work on weekends with extra pressure and without pay or comp off. Most of the time IT persons have to work on Non IT related work. Managers gives too much work pressure. They give extra work after office. Also Saturday and sunday both are working days with extra work pressure. All the managers are extra rude. They have hybrid policy so according to policy employees can take wfh. But when any employee ask about this then manager clear let denied. Then why they are having this policy ??

Top-tier clients, tremendous amount of learning, good salary and employee benefits.

Work Pressure, depending on the client, you may have to do overtime as well without any extra pay or Compensatory leaves.

I nothing like about Artech. Worst company with worst Hr. They ate my whole F n F amount including laptop courier amount. Never join this company. lot of work pressure is there and forcefully you have to do work.

...etimes they shows there reality who actually they are. They are such a begger... They will never pay your FnF amount. So, before joining this company think 1000 times.

Nothing as such except compensation. If you can make submissions, you're good to go, but if you fail to do so get ready for mocking, insults and shift extensions.

1. Job Security : Our batch was of 16 people, and we started on 24th Feb. After 15 days, without any notice, they asked 2 people to resign. There were more such "forced resignations" (terminations) happened during the training period. It was more like a Roadies show, everyday anyone can be eliminated. After training even if you get permanent, there's no guarantee that you'll be able to keep the job. Just 2 weeks of bad performance, and you'll be forced to resign. So, Job Security in Artech looks something like this. 2. Work Culture : If you're able to make submissions, you're good to go. But, if for 2 days you're not being able to meet deadlines, they'll forget your past contributions, and will not leave a single chance to insult you. Also, I would like to mention another incident, A guy got fired because he asked for money that they're saving in name of cab facility, 2 Times food, etc. If you can work in such an environment, and money is your only constraint, Artech will be the best fit for you. 3. Company Policies : There's nothing much to complaint about. 4. Management : Some account managers are really good, while some can make your life hell. In my case, Manager was really good tbh, and no one can expect someone better than him. But, the problem was with seniors in team. In absence of manager, they used think themselves the manager, and said things what a corporate colleague shouldn't, you see lack of management skills. Here, I will rest my case. I hope my feedback was helpful. Think wisely before joining. - From a frustrated employee who resigned last week, to make a better future.
