On time salary, but everything depends upon on which client we are working through Artech. Artech is just staffing company I hope. So based on clients input, everything goes into smooth process.

Dislikes

Actually women should be aware before joining. For some client, projects gets over in Artech, if client ends with contract. Eg: if women goes for long month holidays.

Almost Nothing to like about except the working hours at the client side.

Everything starting from salary, policies & hr support. It's a funny compan where anything can happen anytime. There is no clarity and only confusion & uncertainty.

They will provide good clients that is also contract position

No bench policy and i have struggled last month salary and full and final settlement salary up to 3 month ,we need keep on track them to get salary.I asked form 12 b but they are not provided

...ompany tools or even the role I will be taking on behalf of them with Capgemini. They don't pay you in time, after you quit their organisation you'll have to wait for three months for final settlement.

Dislikes

The HR team is always busy, they don't attend calls, respond to mails. They don't pay you in time, they will ask you to oblige to whatever their clients ask us to do. They don't pay according to the work you do.

...ou work in another company and everything depends on the place you are deployed. Only good thing about Artech is timely salary payment.

3rd party or contract jobs are not for ones looking for job security. Wait for a better opportunity if you are looking to switch and consider such jobs as your last option.
