Infrastructure development, Educational Cadres for teachers, Security, Pay, Allowances of Teachers, Staff, Security of the School, conduct of Examinations, setting of Syllabus, curriculum as per CBSE guidelines, etc..all are part of the functional duties of the Chairman.

Transfers should take place of the Teachers and Staff.

Its challenging job as being a teacher of boarding school, one has to look into lot many activities of a child but any how due to cooperative staff and experience it is manageable. The school organize meetings, workshops to meet all the different requirements of the students. Overall it is good to be working at APS Dagshai.
