The work culture here is excellent, with humble and supportive founders. I have been fortunate to receive three appraisal, along with significant salary hike. The company is great fit for both fresher and experienced professionals, offering abundant opportunities for skill development. I had the chance to learn a lot and work directly with management, which has been an incredible experience. Best of all, the environment is completely free of office politics.

The main benifits for working with Areteminds is, if you are a favourite for them or making money for them then they will help you when you want any remote work or extra leaves but in case you are normal employee who is not making too much of money for them then they will not give you any benifits which we want in need.

Dislikes

They are very rude and selfish in terms of your issue, like if have any personal issue and if you want remote work or appraisal then they don't provide and if your time is came for appraisal then also they make 5-6 month delay on that.

I got to learn a lot from this company. I joined here as a fresher and i got groomed very well by the seniors. Good work culture Opportunity to work directly with clients. Recently working days modified to Monday to Friday

Dislikes

HR processes can be more streamlined. But over a period of time, they have improved a lot. Rest i do not find any dislikes

They provide good platform to build your career, Good work. Nice colleagues to work with. Good part is they have lot of fun at work place releasing stress. Same time deliverables has to be finished on time. HR policies are not great but good as per small company, lot of flexibilities
