...0%, The company focus working with learning and exploring technologies parallel. Pay scale is average according to IT industry standards obviously due to city and minimum opportunity to IT people who stays with family here in the city. Every month top performers get rewards and appreciation from CEO. Before pandemic twice in a year party and functions held along with 7 days of Aress week where office people plays various games in the office premises. In short a good company to work for in the Nashik.

Dislikes

There is no benefit provided like medical/health policy, PF policy. Facility like canteen, evening snacks, office wending machine is not there. Strict In time. HR department is not cooperative. Company brings birthday celebration cakes only for TL and PL not for the Employee who work for them day and night.

Holidays and weekoffs are flexible and also we can manage our shift as per our convenience

Dislikes

Salary hikes often depend on the relationship with management. Even if someone performs well according to the data, they may only receive an average increase. However, those who have a good relationship with their supervisor are often considered top performers and receive better salary hikes

Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is lot of polotics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Job training is not provided in a proper method to the new joinees.

Teammates are really kind, friendly and you will be like family here.

Dislikes

...ve you good projects. You just count days here because there is bond of 2 years. You have to sit 10 hours else your salary will be deducted. I will not recommend this company to anyone. There is no development project. You have to do all the things from requirement gathering to testing and deployment. In short you have to play all the rolls. If anything wrong happened you are the only one responsible. In salesforce team there is only manager without any knowledge of salesforce and developer. No work from home and you will not get anything for extra work. They do not provide any training related to sf and you will not get reimbursement of certification.

Dislikes

1. Lack of transparency regarding 'sandwich leave' policies that should be communicated to new employees upon joining. 2. Forced overtime without a backup plan for absent employees. 3. Non-cooperative supervisors who resort to yelling. 4. Zero work-life balance. 5. Misleading job roles; advertised as Technical Support Engineer but performing tasks similar to a call center agent with minimal technical work. 6. Extended shifts up to 4.5 hours beyond the regular 9-hour shift. 7. No provision for sick leaves. 8. Unsupportive HR department that tends to favor management over employee concerns. 9. Mandatory weekly shift rotations including forced night shifts, often with little notice. 10. Unreasonable 2-year bond requirement even for experienced professionals with over 8 years of experience. Based on my experience, I would advise potential candidates to consider Aress Software and Education Technologies as a last resort employer.
