Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They say it’s flat hierarchy and then make boundaries between seniors and juniors, it helpful at all, much politics, a small team, toxic competitive culture, would always ask to overtime in the name of hustling as we just have started our corporate lives, hardly approve leaves, even ask to carry laptops and phones while travelling on leave. Do not fall for their fancy words in induction, they tend to show you a fake image.
