Left within a week after joining and never got paid for it! - Extremely toxic environment - Highly unprofessional - No systematic approach - No fixed time for meetings, events and leaving - Extremely unhealthy for one’s mental health - Worst place for progressive young talent

Nothing. They treat you like new intern. IZZAT KA FALUDA IN meeting in front of all staff. Mar jana, but arch join mat krna, they spoil your life.

They will eat your ghar ka paisa, completelly bad policy, bad things. 2 mahina wait kr lena, but Arch college is not good for Job.

If you can dodge stupid and unwanted meeting, you can co work with staff and students and explore new ways of teaching and utilise the resources and can become more productive.

Dislikes

The working staff is all good and supportive. It,s the random norms, long hectic meetings (5hrs - entire day) or the correct term is "Brain washing" by the Director, randomly questioning experienced faculties and supporting staff in front of students, insulting and trying to lower the confidence irrespective the number of year experience, demanding fine from students without any proper paperwork or reasonable answer...leads to this unsatisfactory and unhealthy work space.

Company has really good working atmosphere. I have worked in marketing n sales department which itself is a very challenging department.. But senior management was really supportive n good so they always encourage and motivate to achieve targets which I find really good.

Dislikes

Working on Sundays sometimes.. But it is educational sector and I know it very well that most of the students n parents gets time only on Sundays but it is not like that we everytime works on Sunday but ya whenever needed
