Nothing to like about only can say that they provide you salary on time.

Politics in team.. having issues while appraisal.. bad culture.. culture is good if you are in day shift else night shift are totally waste lf you carrer & mental peace. Else in day shift they do have some activities in break time.. also once you selected they give you good salary & incentive but for longer run its totally poor for your carrer.

For ex if a client pay you 50 k .they pay you 15 k and as salary increase to 24-25 k they fire you for no reason.because as your salary increases their margin decreases .so they terminate you with out any fault telling that project has gone down they don't have meanwhile they hire employee on 15 k salary at your place bunch of liars with no moral .they terminate you but doesn't give you termination letter they always ask you to resign saying that we will give termination letter than you will file a case against us .but whether we file case or not they must provide us termination letter

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria for chilling.Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Out of the whole week only Sunday is a holiday and only 6 holidays in whole year. Bond of one year before which if you resign the money which was deducted in your 1st two salaries is taken by the company as a penalty.

Work culture, some seniors, salary hikes, Diwali bonus, one year bonus.

Dislikes

Some senior staff being rude & disrespectful for no reason, giving warning letters for others mistake, less leaves, Saturday working day, too much stress, no work - personal life balance.
