...uld use that for this company.. I would never recommend this company to anyone.. niether they pay nor their HR, IT or any other services are good.. one of the worst decisions to join this..
Working under seniors with good experience and calibre, standards of the company, safe and clean working environment,I like this working environment that keeps us pushing to learn more
Poor salary structure.
No policy for promotion.
You will get silent increments if you are boss's favorite.
Slave culture in company.
No job role changes. If you pass 10 years in company your job role is not going to change.

1) Associate salary and AMNS Worker salary lot of gap. AMNS Techanical Consultant not provide anual increment and medical facility etc. Because work with full dedication for growing company actively participate.
2) Deserve candidate not benefited, maximum benift personal bases.
3) Resources not proper utilize. Need to improve with deserv candidate.
4) Actually and Data sheet lot of gap.
5) Hard core zone and shoft zone worker same benefit. Need to extra allowance for production improve.
6) Research & Development center need to improve.
7) Spart part proper utilize and reduce inventory cost.
8) Regulaor consumables usease try to inhouse manufacturers with sub concerns.
9) Nurturing need to improve.
10) Time to time open house meeting and suggestions for improvement.
11) School fee charge so high need to reduce and remove unwanted activity.
12) Name of socal gadharing lot of money waist to reduce and improve basic facility so improve public health. etc.
