Liked nothing about working for them but struggled to get what I want also making my family struggle. Worst employer I have ever seen. No human being will do that with other human but they done with me.

Dislikes

Mgmt is concerned only with what they are getting out of employees. They never care about employees career, they never pay salary on time. They always try to skip from giving salaries telling they are not up to the mark. Mgmt themselves is responsible for employee performing to their potential. No proper facilities for employees working for them. They show lot of partiality towards their employees especially with me. I have worked there for around 2.5 yrs, they make employees struggle a lot for getting what they want and in the process from giving salaries telling you are not up to the mark but they get done with the things they wanted. In 2.5(30 months) years, they paid me only for '13' months. Just imagine how much my family would have suffered within that period. They made me work on all the projects on testing(around 15 projects), getting issues fixed by development team, giving demos to clients, addressing client's issues and overall put the amount of burden which is difficult even for multiple testers. I used to to work from around 10 am in the morning to almost 12 to 1 o clock in the night to make sure all the issues raised are fixed. When I joined company, I have been asked to work on my personal laptop for few months but have never given any system. I had to use my personal laptop for company. They did not even paid a single rupee for the wear and tear done to my laptop. When asked to mgmt about it, they refused to give. Today they are enjoying bug free software because of me and paid nothing for the work done by me and moreover told that I am loss to the company. I have bared all this torture to learn development work and also worked on few projects for them but in return got nothing. Even knowing that my parents got admitted to hospital due to health issues they never bothered to care. That kind of mgmt they are. They even do not let employees easily resign from the company by putting false blames
