Dislikes

Salary is not that good also they don't give much growth. Career growth is too slow. Team leader was not supportive. Overtime daily with no extra pay. No transportation available for female employees. Lot of politics and no one cares about it.

Company laid off employees, and salary cut. Top management is not open to new ideas and progress.

Nepotism. Managers need to look for growth of divisions and business. Not many are risk taking and ready to appreciate ideas. Most of times people are into comfort zone and not learning much
