There is literally no annual salary hike given after an employee gives his/her best throughout the year. There are literally No projects here. Atos & Eviden both have very few accounts. Majority of them are releasing resources.

No organization is good or bad ,it depends on how management kept the work ethics and environment.IT industry is struggling for technical and professional managers- u will feel same in ATOS.HR deprt is not independent identity,so fails to maintain healthy work culture.Long living managers 8+years with any companies forget tht they are employees rather starts thinking that they are the owner of business/company and leaves responsibility with full of ego and political mind,where we will never get chance to grow up based on skills and knowledge.

Variable pay is excellent trick to full employees.As while leaving organisation you will realise that 6 months variable is not giver during notice period nd earlier 6 months variable pay is deducted to 60-80% as they do provide variable pay for Jan to June cycle in month of November 😂🙏

Good compensation ans hike compared only to other service companies, management is good, hard work is appreciated. Easy to change technology within company. They encourage certifications as well

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very bad. Public shauchalay type washrooms. Too much work frm home culture with many employees misusing it. No lay offs again with many employees exploiting it. Very less/almost no onsite oportunities for technical people. Free transport is not cancelled. No funding for team outing or any activities

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

Nothing, on time sal, work life balance, missing atos..
