....Check for visa if it is issued under a respective category as per the offer. 3. No increment as well as the salary is not as par with respect to the Oman market. 4. No clarity on medical policy 5. No clarity on HR policies

...agement is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

... site support from coast is less than average.resources availability is minimum. HR department work is very good, timely salary payment and schedule leave.

Shortage of resources and equipment. Coast level decision not much effective.

Job security is an issue, They will appoint you for project basis & layoff after completing the project. Project management is average lot of manpower for same activity and make project at loss.

Getting the work done with full safety and timely salary and taking very good care of the worker, arrangements for medical arrangements, ticket arrangements for coming and going, full care is taken of the working man, this is what I like best.

There is nothing to dislike inside this company, it is a very good company or takes great care of its workers and staff, for this I like this company very much
