NOTHING TO LIKE REGARDING THIS ORGANISATION

Dislikes

Dislikes are many, starting from head of the organisation ie CEO. CEO acts as a goon in organisation, not a etiquettes to speak to someone. Uses bad words for anyone infront of everyone., Don't even have sense that feedback is always given in the meeting room and appreciation is done infront of everyone. Pathetic organisation to work with, working here is waste of time.

A steadily growing company in terms of Employee Strength and reputation. Great place to work and supportive management. Very safe and supportive for female staff. Open to change and improvements. Suggestions are considered and constructive criticism is boldly accepted. I had worked here for 2 and a half year and have rejoined now after working outside for a year.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
