Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, simulations, and interactive quizzes to enhance learning.
• Edit images, icons, graphics in Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator to enhance visual experience.
• Design custom user interfaces and ensure a smooth and intuitive learning experience.
• Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the online learning course.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to understand storyboards, learning objectives and create course outlines.
• Maintain and update existing eLearning modules.

Skills and Competencies:

• Candidate must possess a Graduate/Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in GD art/Fine art from a reputed University/Institution.
• Between 3-4 years of professional experience with a reputed eLearning/Technology/User experience company.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
• Highly creative in developing illustrations, icons and/or photo collages, image treatment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Experience with video editing software (can be a plus)
