It is a pleasure to work with Super Global (APRAAVA ENERGY HARYANA ). The Environment here is great and complete security is provided. Apart from this, there are also opportunities to learn about new tasks. Every work in the company is done in a systematic manner and emphasis is laid on employee development. By working here, one can not only improve his professional skills but also get the experience. overall, it is an excellent workplace.

Dislikes

There is nothing not to like about working at Super Global (APRAAVA ENERGY HARYANA ). The Environment, Safety, and Opportunities to learn new things are all excellent. The work experience is enjoyable inspiring in every aspect.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
