For freshers, it is good for learning. Give 50% hick on the first appraisal after that only 10 without bond and 20 with a bond of 1 year.

... try to leave before that time, they won't provide you with any work experience. Additionally, they hold your salary for the notice period and up to 45 days after you leave. You have to contact them multiple times to release your salary. There is no growth opportunity, and they force you to copy and paste code from old modules instead of allowing you to create something new. Junior developers receive a 40% salary hike but are unwilling to offer a 10% hike to senior developers. The company only has one developer for the backend, one for the frontend, and two for mobile development. You have to work on your own, with no guidance or direction on how to proceed, and there is no methodology followed in the development process. Once a project is 70% complete, they will assign you to a new project, without delivering the current project fully. Lastly, you have to remind them of your salary every month, as if you were a slave.

Bonus given in this company always be hidden. The performance basis bonus should be given to the employee in the presence of the other employee but in Appsinvo bonus cannot disclosed to other employee.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
