Dislikes

The company is not ideal for seniors. They require a minimum bond period of 1.5 years, and if you try to leave before that time, they won't provide you with any work experience. Additionally, they hold your salary for the notice period and up to 45 days after you leave. You have to contact them multiple times to release your salary.There is no growth opportunity, and they force you to copy and paste code from old modules instead of allowing you to create something new. Junior developers receive a 40% salary hike but are unwilling to offer a 10% hike to senior developers. The company only has one developer for the backend, one for the frontend, and two for mobile development. You have to work on your own, with no guidance or direction on how to proceed, and there is no methodology followed in the development process.
