CASE FILE-I have filed a legal case against the company to recover my unpaid salary. 2.UNPAID SALARY-during my two months tenure,I have not recieved a single paycheck.this significant delay in salary disbursement has caused considerable financial strain and uncertainty in my life. 3.HARASSMENT AND MENTAL DISTRESS- I have been consistently subjected to harassment and mental distress.my superiors,including Vaibhav Singh(Founder),Abhinav Rathor(CTO), and Akash Gupta(project manager), have resorted to abusive behavior and offensive language. 4.EXCESSIVE WORKLOAD- the workload at applore is overwhelming with employees frequently required to work on saturday and sunday.this leaves no room for work life balance. 5.JOB SECURITY AND LACK OF SUPPORT-this is no job security at this company.management is unsupportive and employees are left to navigate the stressful environment on their own. 6.MISREPRESENTATION OF EXPERIENCE- the company uses fake experience to secure client projects.then assign freshers to complete them.this often leads to poor quality work,increased project size,and higher server costs for the client. 7.LACK OF CODE STRUCTURE-applore does not follow proper coding standard or algorithms.projects are poorly structured,resulting significant additional costs when hosting then on servers after completion.

1. First of all they wont pay you on time and wont give your outstanding salary 2. No job security they follow hit and trial method 3. They judge people very fast 4. They like to mail PIP(Performance Improvement plan) to their employees. When I was working for them they handed nearly 16 PIP out of 20 people when they were reviewed. And asked them to work for them for lower salaries.

Don’t join The held back two months of salary without any proper explanation.this created a lot of financial stress for employees and even when asked about it management gave vague responses with no clear resolution.

...nt-toxic work environment with managers disrespecting and mistreating employees. No work life balance forced to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no compensation.
