There is nothing likeable about the company. Here, the third party contractual workers are treated as bonded laborer's besides they pay very poor remuneration to the enormous amount of work they fetch out from you. People working at higher posts are very rude to freshers as you will be expected to work not less than 12 hrs a day. Never go by brand names , I guarantee they exploit the most of you.

Hr policies and benefits not covered under shared service. Most pathetic work culture hr process manual. Nothing to grow in apollo tyres centre of excellence.

Dislikes

Higher management is bringing on unnecessary pressure. NRC ( daily followups and customer calls) No trust in sales and service team Company does back end calls to the dealers to ask for employee performance. Very poor appraisal system Company is earning profit but they are not passing down the line. Restricted growth opportunities. They have kept their prices high in the month of aug and September in comparison to MRF and now when they lost market share they are blaming the sales force

Freedom of developing skills and good team to coordinate in every situations and best guidance to get knowledge on work flow and process flow of industries.

...n permanent job in their organization even after they have got enough knowledge. Salary is also not negligible. It's hard to see future there.
