The company is divided into two different universes. Head office and field team. HO team has nothing to do while field team is over burdened. HO team thinks of God himself and field team as slave. All the department work in silos and no collaboration among themselves. HO team is full of ego and attitude. You can’t question their working or non responsiveness. Appraisals are done on face value and it’s very tough to get a promotion if you are in support function. There is no discussion or deliberation before rolling out anything by marketing team. It’s the worst marketing team ever I have seen.

NRC ( daily followups and customer calls)

Company does back end calls to the dealers to ask for employee performance.
Very poor appraisal system
Company is earning profit but they are not passing down the line.
Restricted growth opportunities.
They have kept their prices high in the month of aug and September in comparison to MRF and now when they lost market share they are blaming the sales force
