NRC ( daily followups and customer calls) No trust in sales and service team Company does back end calls to the dealers to ask for employee performance. Very poor appraisal system Company is earning profit but they are not passing down the line. Restricted growth opportunities. They have kept their prices high in the month of aug and September in comparison to MRF and now when they lost market share they are blaming the sales force
