Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There are huge opportunity to gather knowledge of pharmacy. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and direct recruitment from HR department.

Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. But join as a pharmacist, salary is so decent from a normal staff.

Salary giving system of this company is very good. Career growth is here. And job security is also here.

Teammates are not so good and politics very much at here. Holidays very poor here. Lack of innovation.

... bad politics, management is not transparent. No cafeteria - eat where you work. Company policy is not stable it changes any time , THEY CAN CHANGE SALARY STRUCTURE ANY TIME WITHOUT EMPLOYEE CONSENT. There are no marketing activities inly sales work. HRs are not at all supportive. Worst organization

...no help. Employee treated as 3rd class people. Employee can be sacked anytime. The management do not value the salary agreement, it can be changed anytime. No promotions and growth.

The remuneration given to the employees is not as per the capability Salary structure is very poor same work is being done by my colleagues getting three times higher pay than me very dissatisfied and seriously looking for other options will switch asap

Good food. Good patients and bystanders . I worked here for the patients.

...and queens. They makes us do all types of work. No respect for contract workers. Huge difference in salary for contract and permanent staff. One of main dislike is one permanent staff laughed at me thinking like I am poor pitty fellow. Permanent staff are terrible and thinking themselves that without them hospital will not run.
