The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers don't behave like managers, but housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. The training dept needs training itself. Managers need to be managed. And the culture of work seems to be more like a club house than an office. The company is too horrible, there is nothing to like about anything. Everything, starting from operation to Hr to upper management is disfunctional. Would not recommend anyone!
