Everything used to be good until it is acquired by NTT Data.

Dislikes

No promotions, no salary increment, no relevant projects for full stack developers. Less development projects, lot of communication gap between managers, HRs, Higher management. No one knows NTT Data policies.

Pay Scale and Work-life balance

Dislikes

Unstructured work culture. Just being 2-3 years experience people are promoted to lead level. This causes issues on low level maturity on handling project and teams. I have seen many people handling the teams very badly and not being professional. People doesn't how to communicate in chat also.

They give wfh, helpful people.

Dislikes

They gave free salary to Salesforce resources they hired from other tech stacks for a year and kept them on bench. Literally no work in Salesforce. Only join if you want free salary and wish to become a Youtube travel vlogger and travel across Europe and have no concern for your career. Join only if you get Mulesoft

Good Pay Culture within company is good but with clients it's very bad.

Dislikes

Some clients make life very difficult. No proper team selection. No team lead and no architect in my project. No one to ask any questions. Basically you have to do everything from development to deployment without any help. Work will be 12-15 hours a day. Sometimes they will introduce something and you have to implement even if you have no prior experience with it. Sometimes these clients will scrap whatever you were doing to replace it with something else which will cause frustration. Clients way of talking is disrespectful. Just be here for sometime, learn and get out.
