They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company

Terrible job security. HR team will schedule meet to discuss about project and final words will be today is last working day in our organization. For further exit process will do in meet . If anyone is about to accept the offer and seeing review, then think this can happen with anyone. Maybe better opportunity are there as this Company wasted my Caliber. No learning. No growth. Kept on bench for very long time They laid off employees including me. Not much help during Training.

No job security. They are liars. Don't trust them. They make false promises at the time of joining. They promise to provide chance to work on projects either in their own company or one of their client companies if project gets completed in the client company which you have joined. But, once the project at client company completed they will fire you. They stop responding to your calls and emails. They don't respect you and treat as if you are useless when you visit their office. Never join this company. You will be happy only at the time of joining. You will repent for sure once the project is completed.
